June ‘women of ambient’ mix is here + special listening sessions at Envelop in San Francisco!

ALSO, if you happen to live in the San Francisco Bay area (my old home), the incredible non-profit Envelop is hosting 2 immersive listening sessions of this mix on June 11th, which also happens to be my 40th birthday! Envelop SF is a 32-speaker immersive listening space that allows the audience to be within the music and was co-founded by Christopher Willits (an ambient musician I look up to and you need to know if you don’t already). Find tickets for that here.
The mix also includes sneak peeks of tracks from Drum & Lace (off her new release Onda, coming to Fabrique Records) and Inquiri (from her release coming to Past Inside the Present this July).

If you live in the Los Angeles area, this coming Sunday, June 9th is a special performance in Pasadena’s Arlington Garden curated by the amazing humans over at Living Earth LA. a dream show for us! I loved playing a recent show at the iconic Garibaldina Society in Los Angeles with Acetone, North Americans and DJ Bob Holmes of SUSS presented by Stepping Stone presents (Liz Garo). Here is a little clip of my performance.
The end of May marked the 3-year anniversary of my collaborative album with zaké, ‘Unfailing Love’ and I decided to add it to my personal Bandcamp with an early demo track of the song, ‘Floating Together.’ You can find that here.
On May 26th, DJ Alex from KEXP played my song, ‘bridges’ on his Pacific Notions show. I love this blissful weekly show and am always finding new discoveries here as well. Listen back to that here.
